Your family's privacy is at the heart of SpeechLime. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Your email address (to verify you and send your report), the child details you provide (name, date of birth, gender, city, state, preferred language), your phone number, and your questionnaire answers.

How we use it

Only to generate your screening report, email it to you, and — solely when you explicitly click “Connect with an SLP” — share your report with a Speech-Language Pathologist so they can contact you. We never sell your data and never use it for advertising.

AI processing

Your questionnaire answers and your child's age are processed by an AI model to produce the screening report. Data sent for AI analysis is transmitted securely over encrypted connections.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and stored in a secured database with restricted access. One-time passcodes expire after 10 minutes.

Your rights

You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. We keep assessment records only as long as needed to provide the service.
